Contact me regarding color changes to chainmaille pieces. These altered pieces will take around a week to complete after full payment. For completely custom chainmaille pieces, please contact me to discuss. Once details are decided, I will send you a purchase link for the custom order through my website.
For one of a kind custom sterling work, I require 50% down payment before I start work. Once the piece is done, which is usually 1-4 weeks but can be more depending on the stones and complexity, I will send you a purchase link for a custom order through my website.
Payment
Payment is accepted through Shopify Payments, which allow you to pay using a debit or credit card. If your payment will be delayed for any reason, please get in touch asap!
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of receipt of payment. If, for some reason, this can not be done, I will contact you and let you know. I make every single piece myself, by hand, from raw materials – you are not getting factory-made or component jewellery.
Items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope. Each item is housed in a jewelry box inside of said envelope. This flat-packing method saves considerable shipping costs.
International orders are not currently available unless specific, personalized arrangements are made.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the mail until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not refund or replace an item sooner than this.
Once the item is in the mail, I am no longer able to give updates. Contact and refer to the mail carrier for the most accurate updates.
I don’t offer rush orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs do vary depending on the item and your location, but most items ship within the continuous United States for around $6.
Refunds and Exchanges
I offer a 10 day full refund for return policy (excluding custom orders). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 10 days of receiving it.
However – please be aware that I cannot accept returns of custom orders (this includes rings). I also cannot accept returns of earrings that have been worn for health and safety reasons.
I want you to be happy with your order, and I will do whatever I can to work with you to sort out any issues!
Return the item in original condition, and I will refund the full price upon receiving it back (excluding custom orders and rings in accordance with the information below).
I cannot accept responsibility for repaying postage and handling charges.
RING PURCHASES
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE YOU GET YOUR SIZE CORRECT. Due to the fact that your ring is a custom design – made to your size – I cannot refund your purchase if you give us the wrong size or simply change your mind. It is your responsibility to give me the correct size. So, please make sure to take the time to work out your exact size. If you do not know your ring size, most local jewelers’ shops will happily size your finger for you at no charge.

*How to Care for your Sterling Silver*
Sterling silver jewellery naturally takes on a brown tarnish over time in reaction with air. This happens much slower if you wear your jewelry regularly and if you keep it in the tarnish-proof bag provided with each purchase.
If your piece of sterling silver jewelry sits for a long time, it may develop small tarnish spots – these are easily removed! You can buy a silver-cleaning cloth or small brass brush (being careful to avoid any stones with the brush!) and gently rub at the tarnish, then wash and dry to bring back to how it looked when you received it.
Please keep in mind that all items in this shop are completely handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may be present. Hopefully, you will, as I do, see any small imperfection as part of what makes a completely hand-made item unique.
